Setup overview
- 1. Add Mentionpath to .vscode/mcp.json with type http and the Mentionpath MCP URL
- 2. Open the MCP view and start Mentionpath, or use it from Copilot agent mode
- 3. Approve OAuth access to your Mentionpath workspace when prompted
VS Code uses the same OAuth scopes and write-approval rules as other Mentionpath MCP clients.
